    H.E.A.L. Together ™ In School Partners

    Urban Pathways K-5

    Our clinical team at Urban Pathways K-5 is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health support to our students. Led by experienced therapists, our team conducts individual and group therapy sessions, facilitates coping skills workshops, and implements evidence-based interventions via a custom curriculum. We work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a nurturing and healing environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

    Youth Places x Melanin Mommies Pgh Inc

    Melanin Mommies Inc is thrilled to be welcomed by Youth Places to provide crucial mental health support to youth affected by gun violence in low-income communities. This partnership embodies our shared commitment to creating safe spaces and opportunities for healing and growth among our youth. Through our Let's T.A.LK Teens program, we strive to create a community where every child feels valued, heard, and supported on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.


    Thursdays 4-6pm Starting April 25th, 2024-June 13th, 2024.
