The Healing Haven for Black M.O.Ms
Lead by our partner the Community Mental Health Collective, M.O.Ms is a monthly therapeutic gathering designed to support Black mothers through healing, self-care, and community connection. Each month, we curate intentional experiences such as vision board workshops, healing brunches, candle-making sessions, and other creative, restorative activities that promote emotional well-being. These events provide a safe space for mothers to process life while engaging in meaningful self-reflection and relaxation. Rooted in culturally affirming care, M.O.Ms Healing Haven fosters sisterhood, empowerment, and healing, ensuring that Black mothers have the support and resources they need.
